Eventful Sunday 09/11/2008 -> Part 2 of 2

Went to Century Square, Tampines in the morning to attend the Shop And Save Grab and Win Contest at 12 noon as I was among the 100 selected through their promotion from September 2008 to October 2008.

To my surprised, Violet was also there to host the program with Jeff from 1pm to 3pm. I met her at Storm by Monsoon after I registered my attendance and given a No. 21.

The highest single catch was $402 Cash and Vouchers and the highest combined was $533 Cash and Vouchers as at 3pm which was half way through the event. I managed to grab $32 of cash only.

At 3pm, I left with Violet, as she was going back to host the programme from 5pm to 8pm. I headed towards Auntie Irene's house.

Hui Ji Roadshow - Jurong Point 10/05/08

Reached Auntie Irene's house at about 1.00pm after tution. Auntie Irene and Nicole were busy preparing the ingredients for the 银耳鸡丝羹 (for 50 pax) and also the seasoning for the Fried Fish with Spinach (Violet will cook on the spot @Jurong Point). They also prepared for making Dumplings.

Later, Margaret joined in the preparation. By about 2.00pm, the 银耳鸡丝羹 was ready and we waited for Joanne from Hui Ji to come collect. I left with Joanne at about 2.30pm with the soup, plus the ingredients for Violet's cooking demo.

By the time we arrived at Jurong Point was already 3.05pm. I passed all the stuffs to Violet and find a good location to take photos.

The event went on smoothly as usual with Quiz and Stage Games till about 4.30pm, when Hui Ji started to distribute Auntie Irene's 银耳鸡丝羹. The crowd was very horrible. The staff also managed to get a bowl for Marcus.

Next..... Cooking Demo by Violet .... LIVE on stage. I managed to get the permission to go on stage to record the whole demo.

After which, the finished dish was distributed to those who purchase more than 2 bottles of Hui Ji. I managed to sample some at the end of the event.

The event ends with the announcement of the Cap guessing game - there were a total 286 caps in the plastic box.

OTO Road Show - 04/05/2008

The OTO Road Show at Tampines Mall on Sunday 04/05/2008 from 2pm to 4pm.






I went to Tampines Mall at about 1.20pm on that day. At about 1.45pm, Hui Shan and another 972 staff, Marcus and Violet arrived at the Road Show. I also tried out the OTO E-Cell for half an hour. When I finished, Marcus already finished one song - 凡人歌. They talked about E-Cell and followed by a Q & A session.... I answered the first question and won myself a small massager called Sweet Spot. Then Marcus sang the next song - 新鸳鸯蝴蝶梦.

Later part of the show includes interviewing of the 3 mothers chosen to use the E-Cell through the radio station.

As I told Auntie Irene that I will go check up her PC, I left at 3.25pm, missing another song by Marcus.

Vitagen Roadshow

Today, attended a Vitagen Roadshow @ Yes Supermarket @ Blk 201B, Tampines St 21 from 9am to 11am. I cycled there at about 8.50am and saw 粉樱 already there. As per normal, she passed me her DC. But after few shots, the battery flat again. So, I took most of the photos with mine.

A morning with Love 972 DJ 陈粉櫻

Today woke up at 5.30am, so excited, because Love 972 DJ 陈粉櫻 will be hosting Huiji Waist Tonic New Year Promotion Roadshow at Zheng Zhong Ping Medical @ Blk 201E Tampines St 23, #01-70 at 9am, and Tampines Mall B1, NTUC at 11am.

粉櫻 arrived at 9.00am and she wore a red 旗袍, like a big walking 红包 promoting thes Tonic, but very pretty. :)

Every bottle purchased entitled to a goodie bag and the recipe from Hui Ji that was taught on radio during past Fridays. Get 2 bottles will get an extra bottle of free honey and an environmental freely bag.

I helped 粉櫻 to take photos with her Sony DC and at the same time with my DC also. But after a while, her DC's internal memory's full(She forgot to insert her 2Gb M2 card). After few shots with the memory card inserted, the DC's out of power....battery flat. :(

I was so lucky to be able to take photos for Violet. From 正中平 Medical Hall all the way to Tampines Mall NTUC. I postponed all my appointments in order to help her. :)
We left the Medical at about 10.10am and arrived at TM at 10.20am. We had a quick bite at Mos Burger at TM before starting at about 10.55am. I bought 1 bottle to try out and at the same time, give 粉櫻 my support.

When the promotion ends at 12.10 pm, I took a MRT with her. I alighted at Tanah Merah Station as I am heading towards Singapore Expo to help SKC set up the Hall 4B for tomorrow's (20/01/2008)FCI Championship Dog Show from 8.30am to 5pm.

I reached Singapore Expo at about 12.30pm and start to set up as per previous shows. So sad to hear that Jacklyn will be leaving SKC by the end of the month. Felicia will take over her post. The setting up ended at about 7.10pm.
