Today, went over to Auntie Irene place again in the afternoon. We were expecting a special guest... Echo, Auntie Irene's x-baking classmate and friend for 10 years and also a Dessert Chef. We prepared the ingredients for the Chilli Prawns and Ayam Pong Teh before Margaret and Echo joined us.
Echo demonstrated to us how to make Chocolate Soufflé and Cream Brulee, both French Dessert. Both the desserts were very delicious. Yummy yummy. :D
We also prepared Bika Ambon as requested by Echo as she like the scent and the taste of yeast and Margaret got the opportunity to see through the whole process.
As Echo was our rare guest, Auntie Irene prepared Ayam Pong Teh and Chilli Prawns specially for her.
It was an eye opening Sunday, to bad Nicole gave it a missed. :(
Thanks to Auntie Irene and Echo for sharing with us!!! :D
