红糟面线 - 13th November 2008

I called Auntie Irene for the method of cooking 红糟面线 in the afternoon, as she had passed me some 红糟 last Sunday.

I tried to cook at night and the 面线 was so yummy, I ate the whole big bowl of it.




Thank you AUNTIE IRENE! Also, can you give some comments so that I can improve on it. Thanks again!

Thank you. Kekekeke! Not only looks delicious but also taste delicious. I finished the whole big bowl myself (2 to 3 servings). :)

Sorry, I used the handphone camera to take the photos. I think I also added too much 红糟 that made the color so rich.

I will try to cook on one of the days this week and then post up for u to comment again.
