An Orange Colored Weekend 05/10/2008

Saturday, did not go to Auntie Irene's house as she went to attend her son's house-blessing party in the evening.

On Sunday morning, went to Giant Tampines and managed to buy a Digital Kitchen Scale for $9.99 instead of $23.99 for the mistake of a staff there. Then proceeded over to Ikea Tampines to help her buy 4 spice bottles before heading to her house.

We prepared the Mango & Sago Dessert, using the seasonal mango from Indonesia which the fragrant can spread till as far as outside the house, for Love972's 厨房笔记 on Monday and Tuesday, so stay tuned to Love 972FM.

We also steamed Durian Tapioca Cake. Auntie Irene and I preferred without coconut as its original taste was already very nice.

Later, we used pumpkin to baked a Pumpkin Cheese Cake and used the balanced pumpkin to bake some Pumpkin Muffins. Very yummy and healthy.

We had Steamed Minced Chicken with Tou Fu and Egg and Cereal Prawns for dinner followed by the Mango & Sago Dessert and Orange Cheese Cake from May.
