Went to Auntie Irene's place in the late afternoon after the AIA meeting (left early due to not feeling well). Auntie Irene, Nicole and Margaret were preparing the stuffs for the new project.
They already seasoned the chicken for dinner: Baked Mayonnaise Chicken and Black Pepper Chicken. We also had Baked Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli and Carrots to go with it.
Due to the urgency of the project, we had this Chicken Cutlet for lunch/dinner on Sunday.
In the evening, Auntie Irene's Malay neighbour brought over a plate of Hor Fun for Auntie Irene to sample. Very nice. Auntie Irene told us that she just roughly told her neighbour how to prepare it. 果然是名师出高徒. Well Done Auntie Irene!!
