Urgent Leave 26/09/2008

When I recieved a call at 4pm, my heart sank. My oldest dog, Ausko, had passed away. I requested for time off from the supervisor, but his reply was "What do you think?". Since he asked this question, I leave my Leave Form which stating I apply half day at 4pm. I was already very sad and he treated me in this manner and wanted me to respect him. Bull Shit, who will? I called the manager and he allowed me to leave. And the supervisor throw back the Leave Form to me and ask me to get the manager to sign.... Where the hell got this type of person, a supervisor some more. Furthermore , he always find faults on me.

If Monday, he want to find fault with me, I will bring out those things he did in the office:

- Logging on to U-tube and internet during working hours to watch video.
- Asked me not to use “his” computer and remove non-work related like company name list??
- Nobody is allowed to use the oven to dry personal belongs… but he did his.
- Doing his own stuffs during working hours, others will be hauled to see the manager.
- Whenever a question is raised to him, he will reply “What do you think…" If we knew the answer, we won’t asked him already.
- Must spoon feed him with the details of the stuffs to be ordered, but still he ordered the wrong stuffs sometimes or forgot to order.
- He makes mistakes, he covers up and blame others for making him make mistakes. People make mistakes, he blows up the matter.
- When we do photocopying, he will always stares at us, as though all the office equipments belongs to him.
And many more......

Everyone in the company were afraid of him, why... because everytime, the manager will definitely side him. I think its time to fight back.....

MANAGING DIRECTOR TO GENERAL MANAGER:

There will be an eclipse of the sun tomorrow morning at 9am. As this is a rare occasion which cannot be seen everyday, we will see it happen. All employees are required to put on his best clothes and if it is raining, we will see it at the canteen.

GENERAL MANAGER TO FACTORY MANAGER:

By order of the Managing Director, the sun will be disappearing at the canteen tomorrow at 9am. As this is a rare occasion which cannot be seen everyday, we will put on our best clothes to see it. The Managing Director will tell if it is going to rain.

FACTORY MANAGER TO EMPLOYEES:

The Managing Director will be disappearing in the canteen tomorrow at 9am. He will tell if it is going to rain. This is a rare occasion which cannot be seen everyday. We will put on our best clothes and see it happen.


See what happen to the message after passing through one after another. So if we follow the chain of command, then the final outcome will be another story...... :(
