Refresh Refreshing Weekend
Friday, due to the pain of the cracked skin on my hands and foot, went to consult the doctor and was given one day MC. So went down to 广祥泰 to purchase the ingredients for making mooncakes for Ds, Nicole, Margaret, Becky and myself.
Saturday morning, went over to Auntie Irene's house, Ds and Nicole were already there. As Ds was there to learn to make the Traditional Mooncakes, we started early. Then in the afternoon, 2 members, Sheena and Jerica from the YCiS Net came over to learn Traditional and Snowskin Durian Mooncakes. 小凤 and Margaret were the last to come.
We had 金瓜饭 (oops!!! Forgot to take photo!!! :D) and 汇集卤肉香 for dinner.

Sunday is even more interesting... Morning, went over to my colleague's house to fix in the upgrading part to his PC and went over to Auntie Irene's house.
We made another Passion Fruit Mousse Cake as last week's was so nice and 3 Color Chocolate Mousse using Dark Chocolate, Peppermint Chocolate (bought during the Malacca trip) and Milk Chocolate. Both were really very nice and yummy. 小凤 missed out, What a Pity!!! As quoted by Auntie Irene.
We had Curry Chicken and 虾球炒冬粉 (by popular demand) for dinner.

Eventful & Foodful Weekend
Friday (14/08/2009), my company held again another Suka Suka Makan Party for 2009. As usual, I was mainly the one who did all the arrangements. This time round, we had Nyonya food. But this time, the food from this caterer was not so impressive.

Saturday morning supposed to go to Springfield Secondary School with Lincoln, he gave a missed due to not feeling well. The MP and Joanne Hsu(First Singapore Lady to Scaled Mount Everest) were there to officiate the opening of the Rock Wall and also to create a Singapore Record for vertical climb of 8850m in the event called "Together We Climb Our Everest".

After that, went over to the carnival and surprised to see the Girls Brigades doing Balloon Sculpturing, so I went over to Kaypo a bit till Auntie Irene called me to get some ingredients for her as 小凤 will be there in the afternoon to learn to make Moon Cake.
Soon after I arrived there, Nicole and Mabel also arrived but still no signs of 小凤... Finally, she turn up late. As for Margaret, she went to attend a Seminar and not able to come.

Weekend Yummy's
Saturday, we made 面茶 due the request by Oink Oink. Auntie Irene also mentioned that it will be the last time to make for now...next will be 4 years later!!! :D

面茶
Sunday, it was more crowded at Auntie Irene's house as Oink Oink + small Oink and Mary were there too, beside the regular Nicole and Margaret. Mary was there to collect her requested Biscotti and also to help to send a Light Mixed Fruits Cake baked in the morning to Richard, while Oink Oink was there to collect the 面茶. We also baked another Light Mixed Fruits Cake for ourselves.

We had early dinner due to Oink Oink needed to go off early. We had Ayam Buah Keluak, Fish Slices with Spinach (no photo) and Assam Fried Prawns (no photo).
