Refresh Refreshing Weekend

Friday, due to the pain of the cracked skin on my hands and foot, went to consult the doctor and was given one day MC. So went down to 广祥泰 to purchase the ingredients for making mooncakes for Ds, Nicole, Margaret, Becky and myself.

Saturday morning, went over to Auntie Irene's house, Ds and Nicole were already there. As Ds was there to learn to make the Traditional Mooncakes, we started early. Then in the afternoon, 2 members, Sheena and Jerica from the YCiS Net came over to learn Traditional and Snowskin Durian Mooncakes. 小凤 and Margaret were the last to come.

We had 金瓜饭 (oops!!! Forgot to take photo!!! :D) and 汇集卤肉香 for dinner.

Sunday is even more interesting... Morning, went over to my colleague's house to fix in the upgrading part to his PC and went over to Auntie Irene's house.

We made another Passion Fruit Mousse Cake as last week's was so nice and 3 Color Chocolate Mousse using Dark Chocolate, Peppermint Chocolate (bought during the Malacca trip) and Milk Chocolate. Both were really very nice and yummy. 小凤 missed out, What a Pity!!! As quoted by Auntie Irene.

We had Curry Chicken and 虾球炒冬粉 (by popular demand) for dinner.
