Due to the lesson conducted, we only managed to prepare the 金瓜饭 for dinner.
Finally, our long absented Margaret came on Sunday, and we had late lunch of 金瓜炒米粉. Then we made the long missed, my favorite, 蒸金瓜糕. In the evening, we had 香辣黄金虾 and 白菜双贝汤 (Oops!!! Forgot to take photo!!! :D) for dinner.

I read your postings and find that you are computer expert. Can you give me some advise on: My laptop battery needs to be on constant recharge mode because it goes flat very soon I take off the charger.
What does that means?
Is it cheaper to be on recharge mode than to buy a new battery?
I am on laptop for more than 8 hrs a day.

I am not as good as you think, but regarding your battery, it's so call "DEAD", which means it no longer store power for later use.
If u need to use it at places without power source, it is better to replace a new battery.
If u can find power source for your Laptop, u can as well remove the battery... can lighten the weight!!! :D
