Japanese Weekend???

Saturday, Auntie Irene got an order of 60 pieces of 榴櫣和巧克力日本麻滋. Due to the absence of Nicole (attend a friend's wedding in JB), May volunteered to help. When I arrived at Auntie Irene's house after tution, only Auntie Irene making herself... Later only that Margaret and May joined in. We also prepared some for today's gathering.

Then we tried a new challenge... 冰淇淋麻滋. Initially, the production was very smooth, but after a while, due to the warm and humid weather, the ice-cream started to melt and we stopped.

Few pieces of the successful 冰淇淋麻滋

Sunday was Mother's Day, I went to Auntie Irene's house in the morning, but caught in the heavy rain... :(

Went marketing with her after the rain stopped and started to prepare the food for today's gathering. Margaret came in the afternoon then we proceeded on to make the 茶碗蒸. This dish will be taught in Love 972FM over today and tomorrow, so stay tuned... :D

Yummy yummy 茶碗蒸

Last but not least, we completed the cake meant for Joanne this evening...
