As Jackie's birthday was on Sunday, Auntie Irene and Mabel made a Chocolate Birthday Cheesecake for him. Eileen's birthday fell on Monday and Auntie Irene already made her one earlier and she was there also to collect it.
Happy Birthday to both Jackie and Eileen!!! :D
On Sunday, as a sponsor requested for a Curry Chicken Dumpling recipe, Auntie Irene, Margaret and I were so busy with the preparation and the wrapping (errr... I did not help in wrapping). Nicole missed these yummy 咖哩鸡粽子 as she went to meet her friend... :D
Then in the evening, we had 锅煎鸡排 again together with the 咖哩鸡粽子 for dinner... WoW!!! Really enjoy these 2 very much... Yummy yummy...
