Just found out this morning that Nicole went to attend a friend's gathering, so went to do marketing with Auntie Irene. We bought one chicken, ham, onions, bitter gourd, coconut and ...
We started with the preparation of the Bika Ambon as it took some time to develop. After that, since Nicole was not in, Auntie Irene suggested that we make a 芝士洋葱火腿派 and a 乳酪奶油派 individually when Margaret arrived and I chosen to make the 芝士洋葱火腿派, just like the one Richard and Michelle had. Kekekekeke.
We also prepared these 2 dishes for dinner; Ayam Pong Teh and 干煸苦瓜 which were 2 different styles of cooking... But both were as yummy. :D
