Saturday, first time came across this kueh called 海南薏耙 (Hainanese Coconut Kueh) at Auntie Irene's house as she prepared the ingredients... Please note that this kueh will be taught in the Love 972's 厨房笔记 on next Monday and Tuesday. Ds was there also and later Margaret joint in. Nicole went to a gathering with her old classmates from Kuantan but working in Singapore. We also made 番薯红龟粿.

Sunday, we cooked a big pot of Curry Vegetables for Lontong for dinner and the long missed 蒸金瓜糕 which was requested by me. :D
