After that, went to Auntie Irene's house. Auntie Irene and Margaret were busy wrapping 金元宝 and 鲜虾水饺. Stay tune to LOVE 972FM during the 粉樱's 厨房笔记, as 金元宝 will be taught soon.
This became our dinner. Both tasted superb when dipped into a mixture of Chilli Sauce and Mayonnaise.
Sunday, we mass produced Pandan Flavoured Kueh Bangkit (think will be Xueli's favorite, because its "Green Green"), attended Wendy's daughter full month celebration @ Changi Golf Club (took up few hours off the production time) and baked French Pastry - Financies (Due to the excess balance of egg white and also Nicole and me never eaten this before, Auntie Irene suggested to bake this).
Thank you Auntie Irene for guiding and sharing. :D
This weekend will be another busy one... :)

I visit your blog on Monday night, it's not posted yet... kueh bangkit is a very popular CNY cookies which I've been eating when visiting my relatives since childhood. I like the fragrance and texture. I've tried baking financies before, it's also very nice. the dumpling is very pleasant and simple to make.

Stay tune to next week programs.
Cheers :D

I think she heard wrongly, I mean I never eat Pandan flavoured Keuh Bangkit before, not the original ones.
Cheers :D
