Friday's mass production at Auntie Irene's house... PINEAPPLE TARTS. Total output was almost 1000 pieces.
Saturday, Biscotti day... Total baked 5 shares. Auntie Irene=1, Margaret=1, Nicole=2 and me=1.
Sunday... Morning, all busy helping Auntie Irene to stir fried a big wok of the special curry ingredients that she made every Chinese New Year for distribution. After that, we cooked Curry Pork Ribs with the paste for our lunch and dinner. So YUMMY. ;D
Afternoon, Margaret and me busy with the mass production of the Green Pea Cookies. Margaret 2 share, the rest 1; while Nicole mass produced the Kueh Baulu alone, one bottle each.
Thank you Auntie Irene for reserving these 3 days for us and also guided us throughout.
