包、饺、鸡、虾、汁

Saturday was busy, so went to Auntie Irene's house on Sunday. Nicole was helping Auntie Irene to prepare food for her niece, Wendy, who just gave birth to a cute baby girl. Congrats!

Later, we prepared the ingredients for the 小笼包 (Actually they made once on Saturday already) and 三鲜饺子 (Prawns, Pork and 韭黄). These 2 dishes were prepared specially for Huji and will be taught through Love 972FM soon.... So stay tuned.

While preparing the 三鲜饺子, we also made some 锅贴.

For dinner we had this 黑木耳米酒鸡 with lots of 米酒 (home made by Auntie Irene) and also the 铁板明虾 using the 铁板 bought by Mabel.

Last but not least, we had this dessert of Passion Fruit Cheese Cake and Fresh Honeyed Passion Fruit Drink (Fruit and Cheese Cake Courtesy of Michelle). Thank you, Michelle! :D
