After the Product Lessons, arrived at Auntie Irene’s House at 8.30pm and had dinner of Fried Pumpkin Noodles with Prawns. There were Joanne, Nicole and Margaret. We finished 1 kg of noodles. Before my arrival, they also made a Pumpkin Cake, Soya bean drink and Gingko Barley Dessert which will be taught on 04/08/2008 over Love 972 FM at 10.30am, during 粉樱’s 厨房笔记 program.

Pumpkin Cake
This morning went over to ‘C’ house at Simei to collect my 2nd-hand Laptop at 11am. At the same time, help ‘S’ to do recovery for his Compaq PC. After which, left for Auntie Irene’s house at 12.30pm.
We (Nicole, Margaret and Auntie Irene) made another Pumpkin Cake, Pumpkin Fried Noodles with Prawn, 姜汁撞奶, 鸭母淋 (Pumpkin dumpling with peanut & sago coconut milk). Mary joint us at about 8pm (Sorry, should be 7.30pm) and left at about 9pm.

Wah! All the foods looks so great! I never try the pumpkin 鸭母淋, pumpkin cake and fried pumpkin noodles before, taste must be yummy.
