On Sunday, we prepared many food: 蒸面线椰糕, 姜葱猪肝, 笆拉煎粉炒Kang Kong and 福建虾面汤. Most of the dishes will be taught over at Love 972FM during 粉樱的厨房笔记 at around 2.30pm, so stay tuned. Especially 福建虾面汤, will feature on air next Wednesday.
It took us about 4 hours to prepare the soup for the 福建虾面汤. But at the end of the day when enjoying the yummy noodles, we found that all the hard work were worthwhile. At the same time, we prepared the 面线 and 椰糖 to make 蒸面线椰糕, which taste like 年糕, but more springy and goes with 白椰丝.
Actually, these 2 dishes were requested by Nicole in addition to the 福建虾面汤. They were very nice. One of the dish will be taught at 粉樱的厨房笔记. Can guess which is the one?

Actually i like the 姜葱猪肝 also, normally i will tabao from the mixed vegetable rice stall if they got sell...
