Will I was there, Auntie Irene, Margaret and Nicole were preparing these 2 dishes (before that, they made: yam puffs, dumplings, banana cakes together with Mabel):
I helped in the 2nd dish and after which we had dinner, of course 满庭芳&算盘子.
Due to something on (hehehe) I left at 9.20pm.

The 满庭芳 looks very nice, but i very scare fatty fatty meat... hehe...

Yes, Very very nice. U can try, juz dun take the fatty fatty meat will do. The dish is not fatty after cooking anyway!
