Suka Suka Makan Party 2008

Last year we had it in April, August and December(Company's Dinner). This is the first session in 2008.

By the way, today is also Love 972FM DJ Violet's Birthday. Wishing her happy birthday and always stay youthful and be number 1.

Back to the makan session. Plannig till execution all done by me, but I need to submit a committee list to the boss. (So unfair, I do the work, they got the credit) :(

Three weeks back, started to do survey on what they wanted to eat today. In the end all chosen 933 Golden Pillow Bun.

Placed the orders on Wednesday and went shopping for drinks and fruits at Shop and Save yesterday. Then I filled in water to make ice.... :)

We have a total of 24 staffs, so we ordered a total of 10 buns - 4 Chicken, 3 Mutton and 3 Fish. In the end, we had 2.5 pcs left. 1 Fish, 1.5 Chicken. Fried Bee Hoon, Fried Rice, Fried Mee Siam, the 2 types of rolls(See photo below) all from the 933 Golden Pillow Company. Total cost to be $226.09. The Fried rice, Fried Bee Hoon and Fried Mee Siam left about slightly more than half each (which was now in my fridge). In the end I took all the left over except the Chicken Bun which was taken by the Supervisor.

Me and my wife finished the fish bun, which was meant for 3-4 persons, together just now.
