Cooking for Mum

Intended to go to mum's place at noon, but in the end, I reached there at around 2pm. Start to prepare the ingredients..... Cut this, cut that..... By the time its done, it's already 4.15pm. So we had late lunch or early dinner (lunch+dinner=lunner). :)

Can anyone tell me what is 混合香料? I can't find it anywhere, so I used 五香粉 instead for the 黑胡椒鸡肉. But the result was still not bad.

The rice cooked was a little bit too soft as put in too much water. As for the ingredients, I add in extra mixed vegetables, crab meat and luncheon meat.

The soup tasted nice but a little too bitter. Can reduce some 洋参须.

As a whole, my mum gave me 9/10. Still room for improvement.. hahahaha :)
