See How Time Flies

Today happened to bring out the book "<<听、说70>> - 新加坡中文广播纪实" to read ~~~~~~~

This book was first published in January 2006 and was about the History of Chinese Radio Broadcasting in Singapore and included a CD of few programs and the Stations' Jingles......

In the later 2005, I ordered this book costing S$16 thru' Love 972 FM when they advertised on air to celebrate 70 years of Chinese Radio Broadcasting in Singapore and was informed to collect it from Compassvale Shopping Mall on 22/01/2006 from 10.00am. I reached there at 11.26 am. To my surprised, there was no queue then... ;P

I spent some time reading the book and found that the contents were very rich and contains many old and rare pictures. I will treasure this book.... =P


Later there was this event that all DJs from the 3 chinese stations to autograph in the book on 25/02/2006 at 7.00 pm at IMM Level 3.

Most of the DJs signed my book except Violet粉櫻 who was not present as she was on maternity leave. But I managed to get her's in the book at one of the Vitagen Road Show at Pasir Ris (see my previous blog). :)

Some valuable photos taken by me with a very kind auntie's camera. She emailed me the photos few days later. Very grateful to her. ;b

The sitting arrangement was in a "U" shape with Love 972 at the left, 93.3 in the centre and 95.8 at the right. The autographing starts from the right to the left. I was able to take photos only of the left and the right sides. The centre was always crowded with people. =)
